Hey, I'm Louise

I’m a registered nutritional therapist and my team and I help women to reignite their spark and get back to enjoying life to the full!

We’ll help you to repair your metabolism and balance your hormones so that can get your dream body, supercharge your energy and banish cravings and bloating.

When I first began practising nutrition, I struggled to help my clients achieve significant weight loss; they were doing all the 'right' things but just weren’t seeing results. I now know that there is SO much more to weight management than simply eating less and exercising more.

There are SO many factors that can get in your way; hormones, blood sugars, gut bacteria, toxic load and inflammation are the key areas of imbalance that can impact metabolism.

Add to this poor willpower and pesky cravings and it becomes clear why weight loss can be such a challenge.

That’s why I've created this special holiday package; so that you can quickly get the tools and guidance you need to put yourself firmly in the drivers seat during this tricky season.

Kylie Pinwill - Nutritionist

Kylie is based in Australia and specialises in helping women in their 40s and 50s to thrive. She doesn’t believe in crash diets, counting calories or spending time on a treadmill. And she rejects the idea that being healthy means missing out on fun (life’s too short!)

Shannon Hagel - Nutritionist

Shannon is based in Canada and specialises in helping women over 40 to lose weight. She loves to find delicious ways to fuel the body, mind and soul while still feeling satisfied. She believes the power of nutrition is important but so is balance. Life is too short to eat steamed broccoli

FAQs

How much time will this take? I'm already super busy!

Each video is just a couple of minutes long; we get right to the point! You can binge watch or watch 1-2 daily. Whatever works for you!

Will I be starving?

Absolutely not! These videos help to adjust what you're already doing. It's not a diet.

Do I have to shop at health food stores?

Nope. Plain old supermarkets will work work just fine.

I already have a really good diet and don't eat any processed foods, plus I workout regularly. How is this going to help?

This is the case for many of the women that we work with. While you may be eating healthy foods, the balance may not be optimal to best support your body. Further to this, food is the foundation but not the only factor. We'll be working on a lot more than just food.  Also, if you find it difficult to stay on track during the holidays, this is for you!

Am I going to have to eat different things to my family?

No. There is no reason why your family can't eat the same stuff as you.

My problems all started with hormonal problems. Will this help?

Yes! This holiday training was created because women who are peri-menopausal and menopausal, or with other hormonal imbalances, need to nourish and heal their bodies in order to achieve weight loss. Counting calories just doesn't work when your hormones are imbalanced. It has been created with you in mind.
